  It's what you would expect when visiting an I.T. Store. Buy what you need, then go. Customer service is not much to write home about, but at least they weren't rude staff. I go here regularly for all of my PC needs.

  Pretty ordinary. But then you guys have never been particularly helpful in my experience. Ok if you know what you want and don’t need any advice. Beyond that you’re on your own!

  Like every MSY the store is set up more like a kiosk than anything. You generally need to know what you want before going. Staff can be quite indifferent to your needs, but that personally doesn't bother me because I know what I want and have done the research. It may be a different story for someone looking for advice or product suggestion.

  Ages ago I went to the Elizabeth msy and the person was really snobby. Around 6 mouths later I went to the Holden hill on and I was really nervous when I went in there I was surved by a man named Adam. He was really nice and really helpful he help me change some parts I got confused with some parts and he helped me. Eveyone is saying that msy customer service is bad when it's not all the time. The only reason I didn't give it 5/5 is because The place is a bit small and didnt have much stuff on display but that doesn't really matter. It was really good

  if you haven't here before, be aware this business is more likely grab and go. Look for an advice? go somewhere else. A guy who served me was Chester, if I remember right, was an arrogant and rude. Asked for something and I was trying to explained what I meant, he smirked at me. After I bought everything I want, he almost threw back the bank card at me, and NO thank you or anything at all, such a rude person! I. I spent money for 4 years in here, maybe this is the last time I come here.
