  Ive always found the Police, at Holden Hill to be efficient & helpful, with what ever department, I have had, contact with. Thankfully, its very rarey needed.

  Although the police are dealing with an unnecessary population growth of the north east suburbs, I expected a response in the phone...nothing. Therefore professionalism is not on display.Put pressure on the police minister this upcoming state election

  Very friendly and polite officers. Even though i was stressed at first but they communicated in a calm manner and gave me information i needed.

  99% professional, treated me with respect, I have been going there for over 30 years, either for Police Clearances, JP Services, reporting thefts, picking up drunk friends etc, sometimes I have had to wait, but, I have to wait at the Doctor, Dentist, Supermarket. So no dramas. I have called them over the years and even today over a phone scam. They answered after 3 rings confirmed the scam, and gave me advice. I am shocked at what other people have written about them, I have never found them like this, the only time I was spoken to rudely was a female police officer, but, once in 30 years are not bad odds. I called one night about an intruder and they arrived within the hour. I think they do a great job with what they have to do. As far as serve and protect us. The law is what lets us down and often the police cant do a thing due to this. Its not fair? well instead of posting 1 stars on here, maybe get on to your local Government Member and complain there, If they don't listen - vote them out. they make the laws.
